Another comfortable pair of warm weather shoes

I love these pair of loafers from Italian shoemaker Fratelli Rossetti (in English Fratelli means Workshop...so Workshop Rosetti). These have a woven leather outer with perforated leather inner liner. So they allow air to circulate through them...really allowing the feet to breathe in the hot and humid Malaysian weather. Summer all round remember?

Exotic leather shoes - Something to indulge after you have owned the basics

What every working man should have are shoes to rotate so that the shoes do not die a premature death. I had suggested that working men have at least two good pair of shoes to rotate every other day. They should then build this up to at least five pairs of dress shoes and about two or three good pair of casual weekday shoes as well as a pair of patent leather oxfords or formal patent leather slippers/pumps for those black tie functions. With this outlay, it is easy to ensure that the shoes you have invested your money will actually last a decade or so with proper maintenance and care.

Adding colour to one's shoe collection

Once you've completed your basic shoe collection with the required black and brown captoe balmorals and the more casual derby/blucher pairs of shoes and a few loafers in both black and brown as well as the occasional pair of burgundy/maroon pair of shoes, one can then indulge in adding some variety and colour to one's shoe collection. 

As you can see, I've added a pair of spectators from Loake, blue suede tassel loafers from Fratelli Rossetti, grey suede longwings and on a lesser note, the orangey derby from Sutor Mantellassi. One can also add more designs instead of just colour to a collection. Fringe or tasseled loafers, horsebit loafers, fringed derby shoes, etc.
