A noted Anglophile. HRH Sultan Ibrahim of Johor in the 1920s. Most probably on one of his many voyages to and from England. Note the cut of the suit (natural unpadded shoulders, short length) and the length of the trousers (without any break at the bottom).
This is the same as the great Rudolph Valentino and others here from the film 'Cobra' in the 1920s.
This is circa 2015-2016 - Liverano & Liverano worn by a chap who owns The Armoury. Note the length of the trousers and the cut of the jacket.
